01 / Our store
About Casava Vogue
Casava Vogue is an online store offering clothing, accessories and other items listed in our catalogue. Customers can browse products, select available options, place orders and use account and support features connected to their purchases.
These notices explain website use and practical shopping information. Read them alongside the product listing, checkout summary, order confirmation, delivery information and privacy policy. They do not replace the specific details agreed for your order or any mandatory legal protection.
Customer care is the contact for store enquiries, order concerns and notices about website content. Contact details appear below; you do not need to create an account to email us.
02 / Choosing an item
Products, images & sizing
Check the selected colour, size, quantity, material description and SKU before placing an order. Some product information and imagery originate from suppliers. If a description is unclear or appears inconsistent with an image, ask customer care to check the item before you pay.
- Photographs can include styling items that are not part of the listed product. Check the description for what is included.
- Screen settings and lighting can affect how a colour appears. This does not excuse supplying a different product or a materially misleading description.
- Size labels can differ between products and suppliers. Use the measurements and units in the item's size guide where available.
- Size profiles, search results and recommendations help you explore products; they are not a guarantee of fit or suitability.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, see order problems and returns below.
03 / Knowing the cost
Prices, offers & checkout
Store prices are displayed in Kenyan shillings (KSh). Review the checkout summary for your selected items, quantities, applicable discounts, delivery charges and amount payable before confirming payment.
Coupons and promotions depend on their displayed conditions, including eligible items, minimum spend, availability and any stated expiry. An offer shown elsewhere may not apply to every item or account. Check that the expected discount appears in the order summary.
Our delivery page explains that overseas shipping for sourced products is included, while final-mile delivery is calculated by county. A “Free shipping” message should therefore be read alongside the delivery breakdown; do not assume that every local delivery charge is waived. Ask us to clarify any inconsistency before paying.
If you notice an incorrect price or an unexpected charge, keep the relevant order or payment reference and contact customer care. A website correction does not by itself change the terms of an existing order.
04 / Placing an order
Orders & payments
Use the payment options displayed at checkout and follow the instructions for the method you select. Review the recipient details, selected items and order total before authorising a payment.
An order record, payment status and delivery status describe different stages. A payment confirmation does not mean that the parcel has already shipped. If your payment succeeds but the order does not update, keep the transaction reference and ask customer care to check it before making another payment.
If a deposit or partial-payment option is offered, review the amount due now, outstanding balance and payment instructions shown for that order. Do not assume that a deposit settles the full price.
Keep your order number and confirmation. Use order tracking to view available progress updates. Never share a payment PIN, password or sign-in verification code in a support message.
05 / Getting your items
Pre-orders & delivery
Availability and fulfilment can differ by item. Locally available stock and sourced or pre-order items should not be assumed to have the same delivery time. Check the information on the product and your order.
Sourced items normally complete the overseas journey in around 2–3 weeks. That estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date to your final location: preparation, transport, customs and local handover can affect timing. Follow your order updates and contact us if a delay affects your plans.
Choose the correct county and provide usable contact details. Final delivery arrangements depend on the supported destination and the information needed to coordinate handover. See the Kenya delivery page for the delivery stages and fee explanation.
For a missing parcel, delivery discrepancy or customs-related problem, contact customer care with your order number. A delay or third-party delivery issue does not automatically remove any remedy available to you under applicable law.
06 / Resolving a problem
Changes, returns & order problems
For an order change or cancellation, contact customer care as soon as possible. Whether a requested change can be made depends on the order's preparation and fulfilment stage, alongside any applicable legal rights.
If you receive the wrong item, find damage or believe the goods do not match the description, explain the issue and provide:
- Your order number and the affected item's name or SKU.
- A description of what happened and the resolution you are requesting.
- Relevant photographs of the item or packaging, where available, and any payment reference needed to identify the transaction.
Keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed, where reasonably possible. Avoid using an item you believe is unsafe. Ask customer care for return instructions before sending anything to an address found online.
The appropriate response depends on the issue and applicable law, and may involve a repair, replacement or refund. These notices do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or make original packaging a condition of every statutory remedy.
For a change-of-mind request or a question about a particular item's return conditions, ask customer care before ordering. See our returns help. This page does not promise an unconditional return period or a fixed refund-processing time that has not been confirmed for your case.
07 / Responsible use
Accounts & safe use
Provide accurate information needed to manage your account and orders. Keep sign-in details private and tell customer care if you suspect unauthorised access or an order you did not place.
Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payments, misuse another person's contact details or upload material you have no authority to share. Do not attempt to access private accounts, bypass access controls or disrupt the store's services.
Our shopping services are intended for adults. An adult purchasing for someone else should have appropriate permission to provide that person's contact or delivery information and should avoid sharing unnecessary personal details.
08 / Website materials
Content & intellectual property
Website text, photographs, graphics, software and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by Casava Vogue or their respective owners. Supplier and third-party material is not presented as proof that Casava Vogue owns the underlying design or brand.
You may browse the store and share links to products. For reuse of protected photographs, branding or other material beyond what applicable law permits, seek permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not remove attribution or suggest an endorsement that has not been given.
To report a suspected infringement, send customer care the affected page URL, a description of the material, your contact details and information supporting your rights or authority to act. Do not send unrelated identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
09 / Other services
External services & links
Some features open third-party services, such as payment providers, WhatsApp, social networks, app stores or external AI tools. Those providers operate their own services and may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
A linked service's answer, recommendation or availability is not an order confirmation from Casava Vogue. Check current product and checkout information on the store, and contact us if external information conflicts with your order.
Using an external provider does not, by itself, remove our responsibilities for the goods and services we supply.
10 / Your information
Privacy & communications
Our privacy policy explains how account, order, delivery, browsing and support information is handled, including cookies, recommendations, service providers and privacy requests.
Order and service messages are different from promotional communications. Contact customer care about marketing preferences or privacy concerns. Reading these notices is not, by itself, consent to optional marketing or to a use of information that requires a separate choice.
11 / Using the website
Website availability & errors
Maintenance, network issues or software faults can temporarily affect access, search results, checkout or account tools. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every screen is always free from error.
If a page fails during payment, verify the transaction and order status before trying again. Report a recurring error with the page link and a description of what happened, without including passwords or verification codes.
This notice is not a blanket exclusion of responsibility for losses or defective goods. Nothing here excludes or limits a responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12 / Your protections
Consumer rights & complaints
These notices are intended to be read under the laws of Kenya. Where a statement on this page conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection, that protection takes precedence. Nothing here requires you to give up an available legal right or remedy.
Customer care can help investigate an order concern. You may also approach an appropriate regulator or court; contacting us first is not a condition imposed by this page on exercising that right.
The Competition Authority of Kenya's consumer-protection guidance explains its role in complaints about misleading representations and unsafe, defective or unsuitable goods. For personal-information concerns, see the privacy policy and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner's complaints page.
13 / Keeping this current
Changes to these notices
We may update this page as website features, shopping processes or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies this version. Keep the confirmation and relevant information provided for your order.
A later website update does not retrospectively remove your rights or rewrite an existing order agreement. Any change that requires separate agreement or notice must be handled accordingly.
